2. Are your mugs truly handmade?
Yes. All our enamel and zisha mugs are handmade by experienced craftsmen, including hand-throwing, glazing, high-temperature kiln firing, hand painting and gold trimming. Slight differences in glaze color, texture and detail are natural characteristics of pure handcrafted artware, not defects.
3. Where are your products made?
All products are handmade and crafted in professional ceramic workshops in China, with strict multi-stage quality inspection before shipment. We deliver authentic oriental ceramic craftsmanship to global customers.
4. Are your ceramic mugs safe for daily use?
Absolutely safe. Our mugs are made of food-grade ceramic materials, lead-free and cadmium-free, high-temperature fired, non-toxic and harmless, suitable for daily hot coffee, tea and other beverages.
5. Can the mugs be used in microwaves and dishwashers?
Regular enamel and zisha mugs support microwave heating and top-rack dishwasher cleaning. Hand-painted gold-trimmed art pieces are recommended for hand washing to better protect the delicate gold details and extend service life.
