1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends & US/China public holidays). Our products ship directly from our Yiwu, China workshop.
2. Shipping Options to United States
- Standard US Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $99; flat rate $8.99 for orders below $99. Estimated delivery: 5–18 business days.
3. Shipping Exclusion
We do NOT ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and other US overseas territories temporarily.
4. Customs & Duty (DDU Rule)
All import duties, customs fees, local tax incurred during US customs clearance shall be borne by the end customer. Clayfor will not be responsible for any customs-related cost or customs detention caused by buyer’s local regulation.
5. Shipping Delay
Natural disaster, airline suspension, customs inspection may cause uncontrollable delivery delay; we will assist tracking but not compensate for delay loss.
Return & Refund Policy | Clayfor
1. 30-Day Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. Any requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be approved for return or refund.
2. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
- For customer-initiated returns (you change your mind, wrong size/style preference): The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return postage will be deducted from your final refund amount if applicableshoplazaa.
- For our side issues (broken items, defective glaze, wrong goods sent, damaged during transit): We cover all return shipping costs. We will send a pre-paid return label to your registered email once your claim is verified with clear photos/videos of the problem.

Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the return package, otherwise we cannot match and process your refund timely.
4. Return Item Condition Rules
To get full refund, returned ceramic mugs/cups must meet all standards below:
- Unused, no coffee/tea stains, no scratches, cracks or chip damage
- Complete original gift box, foam packaging and all matching accessories (saucers, spoons)
- All glaze texture and product labels intact; customized items are non-refundable
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive, inspect and approve your returned goods, we will issue the refund to your original payment account within 5–7 business days. The arrival time of funds depends on your bank or payment platform’s processing speedshoplazaa.
6. How to Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer service via support@mail.clayfor.com with your order number, product photos and return reason before sending back items. Unauthorized returns without prior notification will be rejected.
